This zesty Italian meal tastes great with a garden salad and garlic bread
In a 2-quart saucepan cook onion, carrot and garlic in hot oil until tender, but not brown. Add cut up tomatoes and remaining tomato juice, sugar, salt, oregano, pepper and red pepper.
Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add sauce as desired to cooked ravioli.
For a quick and easy sauce, substitute any flavor (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce for above ingredients, except ravioli.
